Hey readers, So this post is beneficial for all those who are using xiaomi mi mobiles and also everyone..Many of us don't want to show some of their private files to other's so for this purpose option for hiding the file or folder is very useful. Yesterday i was also trying to hide some of my files in my xiaomi Mi4 then i realize that i don't know how to unhide file and folder after some time trying different methods to show hidden files i found this proper solution to unhide hidden files and folders which am gonna teach you below.

This method can be applied on all versions of MIUI

Follow these steps to hide files in MIUI:-

First Open the Default File Explorer App then Select the file or folder which you want to hide on MIUI 7.1.
A popup menu will appear now select hide.
Now your File/Folder is successfully hidden.

Follow these steps to Access or unhide hidden files and Folders:-

First open the default file explorer in your mobile.
Now,swipe down (you will be able to see lock).Screen shot given below
A screen will get appear asking for password to verify its you who are trying to accessing the File/Folder
all the hidden files and folders will display over here.
you can select files and click on remove to unhide that file.
